Jinja outreach event - 08th march 2024

The Lightened Pearl Foundation is hosting an outreach event in Jinja Eastern Region on 08th March 2024, Coinciding with International Women's Day to combat period poeverty and promote menstrual hygiene.

This full day event will involve distributing reusable sanitary towels and providing instruction on how to make them, aiming to create a lasting impact in the community. The Foundation  invites contributions through donations, partnerships and service provision, welcoming all those who wish to participate in this meaningful initiative. Non  Members can join for a fee of 30,000 UGX  covering accommodation in the field.
